How do I disconnect a bank?

Open Accounts or Bank connections, select the relevant institution and choose Disconnect.

Before confirming, Korin should explain:

• Which accounts will stop updating • Whether existing transaction history will remain visible • Whether Safe to Spend, budgets or alerts will be affected • Whether WhatsApp will be disconnected when this is the last bank connection • How to reconnect later

Disconnecting one institution should not disconnect unrelated bank connections.

If several institutions use the same Akahu authorization, Korin must still present the effect of the action clearly and avoid removing unrelated accounts without confirmation.

Disconnecting a bank does not automatically cancel your Korin subscription.
