How do I delete my Korin account and data?

Account deletion is different from cancelling your subscription or disconnecting a bank.

Before deleting your account, Korin should clearly explain what will happen to:

• Your Korin profile • Connected bank authorizations • Stored transaction information • Budgets and preferences • Alerts • Chat history • WhatsApp connection • Active subscription • Records Korin may need to retain for legal, security, billing or complaint-handling purposes

Account deletion should disconnect connected services and prevent future financial updates.

Some information may remain for a limited period where required for security, fraud prevention, billing, legal obligations or resolving an active complaint. Any retained information must be handled according to Korin’s Privacy Notice.

Account deletion is permanent. Do not proceed unless you no longer need the account.

If the deletion flow fails or you continue receiving Korin messages afterward, report the issue as a privacy concern.
