How does the trial and subscription work?

Korin currently offers a time-limited trial followed by a paid subscription.

Available pricing and billing frequency are shown on the subscription page before you confirm payment.

Your subscription is managed through Stripe. Korin should show the same active plan, billing interval, renewal date and cancellation status that Stripe reports.

If Korin says that you have no active plan but the billing portal shows an active subscription, report the mismatch. Do not purchase a second subscription to work around the problem.

The billing page should clearly show:

• Current plan • Monthly or annual billing • Trial end date, when applicable • Next renewal date • Cancellation status • Date access will end after cancellation • Link to manage billing

Prices, taxes and billing terms shown during checkout take priority over older help content.
