Bank connections
Why do I need to reconnect my bank?
Bank access may expire or require approval again.

Your bank connection may occasionally need to be renewed.
This can happen when:
• The bank’s authorization expires • Your bank changes its security requirements • You change your online-banking password • The bank asks you to approve access again • The connection has been inactive • Akahu detects that renewed authorization is required
When this happens, Korin will stop receiving new information from that connection. Your existing Korin history may remain visible, but balances and transactions will no longer update.
Select Reconnect beside the affected bank and complete the authorization steps through Akahu.
Reconnecting should not create a second Korin account. If you see duplicate accounts or transactions after reconnecting, report the issue to support.
