Transactions and balances

Why are transactions missing or delayed?

Banks do not always send transaction updates immediately.

Last updated 2026-08-02

Korin shows the information received from your connected financial institution through Akahu.

A transaction may not appear immediately when:

• The payment is still being processed by the merchant • The bank has not yet made the transaction available • The bank connection is temporarily delayed • Your connection needs to be renewed • The transaction occurred on a newly connected account • The bank later changes the transaction date, amount or description

Check the affected bank connection and look for a reconnect or sync warning.

If the transaction appears in your bank but remains missing from Korin after the connection has refreshed, report the issue and include:

• The bank and account • The transaction date • The approximate amount • The merchant or description • A screenshot with unrelated information hidden

Never send your online-banking password, full card number or bank access credentials.
