Using Korin
Which tools can I connect to Korin?
Send your Korin data to Google Sheets, YNAB, Notion or Airtable, or download your own copy.

Open Integrations to send your Korin data to the tools you already use. Korin sends data out to them. It doesn't read anything back.
You can connect:
- Google Sheets: Korin creates a spreadsheet in your Drive and keeps it up to date
- YNAB: your transactions land in your YNAB budget, without duplicates
- Notion: Korin builds and keeps databases on a Notion page you pick
- Airtable: Korin adds transaction and account tables to an Airtable base you pick
A custom webhook for Zapier, Make, n8n or your own endpoint may also be offered, as an advanced option.
Connecting
Choose Connect, then pick what to share, which accounts to include and how much history to send. Then sign in to the tool. You never need to copy or paste a key or an ID.
What each tool can take differs. YNAB takes transactions only. Notion and Airtable take accounts and transactions. Google Sheets can also take balances, recurring payments, budgets and goals.
Each connected tool shows whether it's up to date. Use Sync now to send the latest straight away, Reconnect if the tool asks you to sign in again, or Disconnect to stop sending. Disconnecting deletes the access Korin holds. Anything already copied across stays in the tool.
Plans and availability
Sending to your tools is part of Korin Thrive. If you move to Korin Start, connected tools are paused and nothing new is sent. A tool may show as Coming soon. Sharing can also be switched off while Korin waits on approval from its bank-data provider, and nothing leaves Korin until then.
Download your data
You can download your own copy of your transactions, accounts, balances, recurring payments, budgets and goals as CSV or JSON. Transactions can also be exported as Excel or PDF from the Transactions page.
