Korin can't cancel a subscription for you, because it only has read-only access to your bank. It can make cancelling quick and check that it worked.
Open Recurring and choose Help me cancel on the payment. Depending on the service, Korin gives you:
- A link to the service's own cancel page, with the steps
- For a direct debit, a message to send your bank to cancel the authority
- For an automatic payment, where to stop it in your banking app
- An email to the company, already filled in, asking them to cancel and confirm in writing
When you're done, choose I've cancelled it. Korin marks the payment as cancelled and, if you leave the box ticked, sets up a watch so it tells you straight away if that company charges you again.
If a charge does arrive after you cancelled, the payment shows Ask for a refund with an email you can send.
This page is about subscriptions you pay to other companies. To cancel Korin itself, see "What happens when I cancel my subscription?".
